Arlene practices in the areas of elder law, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, trust and estate planning, special needs planning, probate and trust administration, and fiduciary representation. She has a wide variety of clients including older adults, young families, professional fiduciaries, family members, beneficiaries and heirs. By providing necessary and useful tools and information through a personalized approach, Arlene empowers her clients to make responsible decisions on their legal matters, their future and the future of their loved ones.
Arlene also represents professional fiduciaries in guardianship, conservatorship and probate matters, and serves as Court-Appointed Counsel and Guardian ad Litem in protective proceedings. She regularly gives presentations on estate planning, elder law and probate matters, and enjoys educating the public and legal professionals on these matters. She has been with Glatstein & O’Brien since 2009.
