Casey is a Colorado native and, after several years away for school, she is happy to be back and practicing law in Colorado. Casey's practice is committed to elder and disability law, including Estate and Special Needs Planning, Guardianships and Conservatorships, trust settlement and probate administration, public benefit planning, and fiduciary accountability and advisement.
Casey's practice approach is to empower the individuals, families, and professional advisors she works with by providing them with the information and tools they need to be effectively engaged in whatever legal matters are presented. Casey works with clients from all over the metro-area and has a satellite office in Brighton to accommodate clients in the North-metro area. She frequently meets with clients in their homes or at medical facilities, and offers evening and weekend appointments.
