Arlene practices in the areas of elder law, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, trust and estate planning, special needs planning, probate and trust administration, and fiduciary representation. She has a wide variety of clients including senior citizens, caring family members, professional fiduciaries, young families, beneficiaries and heirs. By providing necessary and useful tools and information, Arlene empowers her clients to make responsible decisions on their legal matters, their future and the future of their loved ones. She regularly gives presentations on estate planning, elder law and probate matters, and enjoys educating the public and legal professionals on these matters.
