Michael LaVigne is an experienced probate and elder law attorney whose practice includes guardianship and conservatorship, estate administration, fiduciary representation, beneficiary representation, estate planning, and probate litigation (including contested protective proceedings, will and trust contests, and fiduciary oversight/removal actions).

In a highly personal area of law such as this, Mr. LaVigne believes that successful representation begins with listening empathetically to the client's goals, concerns, and questions. This allows Mr. LaVigne to propose solutions to clients' legal issues that align with the clients' values and beliefs.

Mr. LaVigne graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in 2014. Prior to going into private practice, Mr. LaVigne clerked for the Chief Probate Judge and the Chief Domestic Judge in the Arapahoe County District Court.

Mr. LaVigne came to the legal profession following several years working as an account executive at a public relations firm in New York City (his hometown), where he was part of the publicity team for musical artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Wynton Marsalis, Elvis Costello, Anita Baker, and Norah Jones.
